Can I design my own charm, seeds, lockets or other jewelry?

What Material do we use?

Metals include .925 Sterling Silver and 14k gold. All silver is nickel free.

Stones are genuine semi-precious.

Moissanite is an eco-friendly, conflict-free alternative to traditional diamonds. Moissanite was first discovered in trace quantities that were carried to Earth from a spectacular meteorite. Born from the stars! Natural Moissanite is incredibly rare, so Moissanite available today is laboratory-created. It is made of silicon carbide and is almost as hard as real diamond, ideal for daily wear (Moissanite’s hardness is 9.5 on the Mohs scale, whereas diamond’s is 10).

Are there color variations for natural stones/gemstones?

The product photos shown on this site are for representative purposes only. Natural stones are products of nature; variations in color, shade, pattern, texture and veining are inherent in such natural materials.

What is an Anam Cara Life E-Gift Card?

E-Gift Cards are electronic versions of Gift Cards that are emailed directly to the recipient and come in a variety of designs suited for your special occasion.

When will the recipient receive their E-Gift Card?

Orders for E-Gift cards are delivered within 1 hour to the recipient’s inbox.

Orders for E-Gift cards combined with product orders will be delivered once the product order ships. We suggest you place your E-Gift card order separately if immediate delivery of your E-Gift card is required.

How can I redeem my E-Gift Card?

In the shopping cart, enter your E-Gift Card code into the “Redeem an E-Gift Card” field and click “Add Gift Card.” You can add multiple E-Gift Cards to your order by following this process for each E-Gift Card number. Unused balances will remain on the E-Gift Card and will never expire.

SHIPPING

Christmas Ordering. When do I have to order to be sure I have it before Christmas?

For 2017, orders placed before December 4th will be guaranteed to ship before Christmas. 

United States Shipping

Choose your preferred method of shipping at check out. All shipments are tracked. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

Can I change the address on my order?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at connect@anamcaralife.com and we will make every attempt to honor your request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the item is returned within 30 days, with original packaging, a website credit will be issued.

Because 90% of our work is “Made to Order” we are not able to give Cash Back Refunds. Refunds will be given as a merchandise credit or may follow the Exchange Policy.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

If returning an order that included a free gift, be sure to include this item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account.

Exchange Policy: We accept Exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the product is in the same condition as when purchased and if the value of the exchanged item is equal to or greater than the new item. If the Exchanged Item is valued much more than the exchanged item, the balance must be paid in order to process the order.

Shipping for Exchanges:  Customer is responsible for shipping plus the In house processing fees of  $10 per item exchanged independent differences of Sales Tax and Credit Card processing and Shipping fees.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

ANAM CARA LIFE LIMITED WARRANTY

ANAM CARA LIFE’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

Warranty Coverage
ANAM CARA LIFE warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, ANAM CARA LIFE will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at ANAM CARA LIFE’s expense; (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced; or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.

Anam Cara Life shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Anam Cara Life. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes ANAM CARA LIFE’s property. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Anam Cara Life. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse. Do not expose your Anam Cara jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Anam Cara Life product. ​
